Scope
- 5 star hotel, demolition of existing structures, erection of 2 new buildings.
- Excavation, removal and support with diaphragm walls, reinforced concrete and metal structures, finishes, electrical, sanitary, ACI, air conditioning, ventilation, extraction, elevators, generator, electrical sub-station.
- Block A: 18 stories of rooms and 5 levels of basements.
- Block B: 5 floors and 5 basement levels, Auditorium and Business Center.
