
JJC Group achieves ISO 37301 recertification, reinforcing its leadership in ethics and compliance
The organization continues to strengthen its commitment to integrity, transparency, and best practices in corporate governance, remaining among the few companies in the construction sector in Peru and Latin America to hold this international certification.
Grupo JJC has obtained the recertification of ISO 37301:2021 – Compliance Management Systems, awarded by the World Compliance Association (WCA) and Staregister, reaffirming its commitment to management based on ethics, transparency, and compliance with the highest international standards. This important achievement validates the maturity and effectiveness of its Ethics and Compliance System, which the organization has been continuously strengthening since 2017.
The certification was presented by Catherine Fontenla, Secretary General of WCA Peru, and received by Sebastián Martin, General Manager of Grupo JJC, and Danitza Echeandia, Corporate Compliance Manager, together with managers and representatives from the various areas of Grupo JJC whose efforts made this important achievement possible, reflecting the organization’s collective commitment to ethics, transparency, and compliance. This recertification positions Grupo JJC among the few companies in the construction sector in Peru and Latin America to have achieved this level of recognition, consolidating its position as a benchmark for compliance best practices, corporate governance, and responsible management. The company adds this important recognition to its ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification, which it has maintained for several years.
This achievement reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment, as well as that of its employees, to the principles that guide their daily actions, strengthening the trust of clients, strategic partners, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders.
