Scope
- 4-star hotel
- Urban construction consisting of 2 stages.
- 1st stage: earthworks, platforming, access road improvement. SECTOR 2 (construction of 7 buildings of 3 levels for 133 rooms), SECTOR 5 (swimming pool, 4,000 m2 of water mirror and 5,000 m2 of terrace covered in marble), parking lots, drainage pumping chambers, 2 substations, central heating rooms and PTAR, external networks of medium and low tension.
- 2nd stage: SECTOR 1 (lobby, reception, restaurant area, offices, multipurpose room, main kitchen, cold storage rooms and warehouses), SECTOR 3 (construction of 9 buildings of 3 levels, 168 rooms).
